Stefano Narducci started with a shovel and a pickup truck. Today, Northern Snow serves over 5,100 residential clients and employs 85+ people across Sault Ste. Marie — making it one of Canada's fastest-growing snow removal and lawn care operations.
While building Northern Snow, Stefano identified a gap in the market: operators had no purpose-built software for managing their business. That led to Aurora Suite — a platform now used by hundreds of operators to run billing, dispatch, and routing.
